NEW CEO AND AMBITIOUS EXPANSION PLAN

PILAS NAMES JIMENA LOPEZ MARTINEZ AS ITS NEW EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

"We have expanded the scope of our mission from Argentina to the rest of LatAm. Operationally we changed the name of our parent organization to PILAS but HelpArgentina continues to operate exactly as before in Argentina."

Jimena holds a BA in Business Administration and a BA in Accounting from the Universidad Católica Argentina and an MS in Nonprofit Management from Universidad de San Andrés.

She started her career in Arthur Andersen. She has more than 15 years of experience in the Argentine financial sector including as an Investment Banker in BankBoston and as Managing Director of a family office.

In the non profit sector, she has worked for the Museum of Modern Art in Buenos Aires and as strategic consultant for several organizations especially in fundraising strategies.

Jimena developed a strong sense of commitment in helping people at a very young age volunteering in community service activities both at University and in her neighborhood.

With her management and financial background, her knowledge and experience of the non profit sector and her deep social sensibility, Jimena is eager to lead the expansion and regional growth of PILAS.

Jimena López holds a degree in business administration and public accountant of the Catholic University Argentina. He has a post-graduate degree in management and administration of social organizations of the Universidad de San Andrés.

It has more than 15 years of experience in the Argentinean financial sector. He worked at Arthur Andersen, Bankboston and Bank of America and as Managing Director of a familiy office among others. He worked as a strategic consultant for various organizations, non-profit and at the Museum of modern art in Buenos Aires.

With their financial background and direction, its experience and knowledge of the third sector, together with his deep social sensitivity, we are confident that Jimena will lead this ambitious expansion of batteries successfully.
